A quick kudos for writer-musician Kris Demeanor, who won the Best New Magazine Writer nod from the National Magazine Awards.
Check out his award-winning UL feature, “Get a Real Job.”

And Lisa Gregoire was nominated in the Personal Finance & Business category for her feature “Generation Debt.” That award will be handed out in early June in Toronto.

On Our Honour

It’s March and it’s snowing, so it must be awards season in Medialand. Unlimited is among those being honoured. UL’s founding editor, Dan Rubinstein, was given the top nod at the Alberta Magazines Conference this past week.
