Deskercise: Energy Boosters

Jumping burpies and other moves to beat the fall blahs

As the shortest day of the year approaches, it’s easy to fall into a fall funk. This month’s Deskercise offers a few quick moves that will get the blood flowing and perk you up on even the sleepiest day.

First, rid yourself of inhibitions and take off that suit jacket. If you’re at all shy you might want to close the door to your office.
