They are a small outfit that creates web based collaboration software for small and medium sized businesses. They also created the immensely powerful and popular web framework Ruby on Rails.

Jennifer Aniston plays the love interest in Office Space and though she’s not the best part of the movie (in fact, she’s probably one of the weakest) the parts of the movie that play out in Chotckies are awesome.
